FLUOROMETER SENSOR - AQFL-100MG.

The AQUAMATIC fluorometer sensor AQFL-100MG offers the most advanced design of 90^o optical geometry available. The fluorometer is standard delivered as a two range instrument.

The sensing element consists of a pyrex glass tube only 4.5 cm long. Across each other is mounted two blue or green "LED's" light transmitters filtered to excitation: Chlorophyll "A" or Rhodamine "B".
Displaced 90^o in the same level is mounted a reflector mirror and one "photo diode" as receiver, filtered to emission: Chlorophyll "A" or Rhodamine "B".
"One" window between measuring media and instrument leads to the following specific features: Single instrument body, no adjustment problems, no influence of hydrostatic pressure, no influence of refractive index, no influence of temperature changes, no ageing problems, increased sample volume (approximately 1 ml.) and reduced particle noise.

Features include a pressure stable and waterproof construction designed in Plastic and Titanium. Low weight 1.6 kg. in air, Small dimensions, high resolution and accuracy, good linearity and long time stability. A specially designed pump is available as an option to secure a constant flow.
Excitation and emission filters are available for Chlorophyll "A" and Rhodamine "B".
