DEPTH SENSOR - AQDE-IC154.

The AQUAMATIC depth sensor AQDE-IC154 is a solid state pressure sensor that is packed in a cylindrical casting of AISI 316 stainless steel together with three O-rings.

The sensing element is an integrated circuit silicon chip with a micromachined diaphragm. Four piezoresistive strain gage resistors are diffused into the diaphragm to form a fully active Wheat-stone Bridge.

Features include a rugged and waterproof construction. Temperature compensation over 0-50^oC, Iso-Pressure Structure, Solid-State Reliability, small dimensions through Flush Diaphragm, good linearity, + 0.25% Accuracy and + 1% interchangeability along with high level output.
