FLUXGATE COMPASS - AQCD- FX360.

The AQUAMATIC fluxgate compass AQCD-FX360 is a solid state electronic sensor that measures the earth's magnetic field directly. Conventional compass problems like spin, swirl, overshoot and sluggishness are eliminated by the non-magnetic digital compass.

The sensing element is free from magnets, rotating cards and jewelled bearings. It simply consists of a double gimbal, one primary coil, two secondary coils, lead and oil damping fluid. The housing permits tilt up to 30^o.

Features include a pressure stable and waterproof construction designed for easy maintenancean. Small dimensions, light weight, good linearity, high accuracy and good long time stability free from drift.
